The existing tenants will be contacted and you can typically view
the home or attached unit within 24 hours. Applications are
processed quickly and you will promptly be contacted of the results. For your
convenience we can accept credit cards for application fees. If the
home is rented before your application is processed, we will refund
your application fees or you can transfer your application to
another available property within our company.
 For emergencies we have on call maintenance personnel and we will
provide you with needed information once tenancy is established. If
there is a needed repair that is not considered emergency status, we
have an e-mail maintenance request, or give us a call during office hours.
Also, for your security we maintain a P.O. Box for a secure holding
of your rentals payments.
