The founder of Waddell Realty, LLC dba: Pensacola Home Rentals started his real estate career with collegiate studies in business, Real Estate and insurance. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, and is a life member of Rho Epsilon, a national Real Estate fraternity reserved only for those with collegiate degrees in Real Estate. He received his Real Estate license in 1988 and began his life's work with a Real Estate Sales and Management group that managed over 400 properties. This made it possible for him to learn and understand the mechanics of asset management for vast quantities of Rental property.
